Welcome to Tracive ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), an anti-scam verification platform operated by PT Pleistocent Teknologi Nusantara ("Company"). Tracive allows users to check and verify various digital identities — including email addresses, social media accounts, crypto addresses, bank accounts, and phone numbers — to help combat fraud and scams.
By accessing or using the Tracive mobile application ("App") or any related services, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
The Service is available globally. By using Tracive from any jurisdiction, you acknowledge that your data will be processed in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3.1. You must be at least 17 (seventeen) years old to use Tracive, or the minimum age of majority applicable in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
3.2. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3.3. If you are using Tracive on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization to these Terms.
4.1. To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid email address.
4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.3. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, violate these Terms, or remain unverified after the grace period specified in our verification process.

5.3.1. You are fully responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of any Report you submit, including the chronological narrative you provide.
5.3.2. Submitting false Reports may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, without refund.
5.3.3. Tracive reserves the right to remove or modify any Report at its sole discretion.
5.3.4. We provide an appeal and dispute system to protect individuals and entities from malicious or fraudulent Reports.
6.1.1. Tracive operates on a credit-based system. Certain actions, such as searches and verifications, require Credits.
6.1.2. Credits can be obtained through:
6.1.3. Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Platform.
6.1.4. Unused Credits may expire in accordance with the terms of each credit source, as described within the App.
6.2.1. Tracive provides three service tiers:
6.2.2. No trial period is offered. Users may use the Free tier indefinitely.
6.3.1. Plus and Pro subscriptions are available through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store.
6.3.2. All subscription purchases and renewals are processed by the respective App Store.
6.3.3. You can manage or cancel your Subscription through your device's App Store settings.
6.3.4. Refund policies are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective App Store.
7.1.1. Tracive provides an Open API that enables third parties to access scam report data programmatically.
7.1.2. Data available through the Open API includes aggregated and/or anonymized scam report information. Reporter identity will never be shared.
7.1.3. The Open API is a monetized service subject to a separate agreement.
7.1.4. Report evidence (uploaded screenshots, files, and supporting documents) is excluded from the Open API and is never made available to third parties through it or used for monetization; evidence is processed solely for internal report verification.
7.2.1. By submitting a Report, you consent to your report data (excluding your identity and your report evidence) being shared through the Open API.
7.2.2. Reporter identity will not be shared with any third party through the Open API.
7.2.3. Tracive is not responsible for how third parties use data obtained through the Open API.
You may delete your account at any time:

If you do not have any Report with Verified or Ambiguous status, all your data is permanently deleted immediately when your account is deleted: your profile, device records, agreement records, search history, and every Report you submitted together with its evidence, including Reports still under review.
If you have at least one Report with Verified or Ambiguous status, the following data is retained for 2 years after your account is deleted, and then permanently deleted:
Purpose: Legal defense, Open API monetization, service quality, and legal compliance.
3 years of inactivity will result in all data being permanently deleted without the 2-year retention period.
Deleted accounts cannot be restored. Subscription restore is available via Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchase.
9.1. The Tracive App and all intellectual property associated with it is owned by PT Pleistocent Teknologi Nusantara.
9.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use.
9.3. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and share through the Open API. Your identity as reporter will not be disclosed.
10.1. No Guarantee of Accuracy — Tracive does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information submitted by users in their Reports.
10.2. Not Legal Advice — The information provided through Tracive does not constitute legal advice. Decisions you make based on information from the Platform are your sole responsibility.
10.3. "As Is" Basis — The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
11.1. In no event shall PT Pleistocent Teknologi Nusantara be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
11.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Tracive in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PT Pleistocent Teknologi Nusantara, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
13.1. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
13.2. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.3. Our Terms acceptance system records each version of these Terms that you have agreed to.
14.1. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
14.2. Upon termination, the following provisions shall survive: Sections 7 (Open API and Third-Party Data Sharing), 8.4 (Data Retention), 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimers), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), and 15 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution).
15.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
15.2. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws in your jurisdiction.
15.3. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Indonesia.
16.1. Tracive is committed to complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including but not limited to:
16.2. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and applicable local laws, the local laws shall prevail to the extent required.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Selamat datang di Tracive ("Platform", "Layanan", "kami"), sebuah platform verifikasi anti-penipuan yang dioperasikan oleh PT Pleistocent Teknologi Nusantara ("Perusahaan"). Tracive memungkinkan pengguna untuk memeriksa dan memverifikasi berbagai identitas digital — termasuk alamat email, akun media sosial, alamat kripto, rekening bank, dan nomor telepon — guna membantu memerangi penipuan.
Dengan mengakses atau menggunakan aplikasi mobile Tracive ("Aplikasi") atau layanan terkait lainnya, Anda ("Pengguna") menyetujui untuk terikat oleh Syarat dan Ketentuan Layanan ini ("Ketentuan"). Jika Anda tidak menyetujui Ketentuan ini, Anda dilarang menggunakan Layanan.
Layanan ini tersedia secara global. Dengan menggunakan Tracive dari yurisdiksi mana pun, Anda mengakui bahwa data Anda akan diproses sesuai dengan Ketentuan ini dan Kebijakan Privasi kami.
3.1. Anda harus berusia minimal 17 (tujuh belas) tahun untuk menggunakan Tracive, atau usia dewasa minimum yang berlaku di yurisdiksi Anda, mana yang lebih tinggi.
3.2. Dengan menggunakan Layanan, Anda menyatakan dan menjamin bahwa Anda memiliki kapasitas hukum untuk mengikatkan diri dalam perjanjian yang mengikat.
3.3. Jika Anda menggunakan Tracive atas nama suatu organisasi, Anda menyatakan dan menjamin bahwa Anda memiliki kewenangan untuk mengikat organisasi tersebut pada Ketentuan ini.
4.1. Untuk mengakses fitur tertentu dari Layanan, Anda harus membuat akun dengan memberikan informasi yang akurat dan lengkap, termasuk alamat email yang valid.
4.2. Anda bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga kerahasiaan kredensial akun Anda dan atas semua aktivitas yang terjadi pada akun Anda.
4.3. Anda wajib segera memberitahu kami jika terjadi penggunaan akun Anda yang tidak sah.
4.4. Kami berhak menangguhkan atau menghentikan akun yang mengandung informasi tidak akurat, melanggar Ketentuan ini, atau tetap belum diverifikasi setelah masa tenggang yang ditentukan.

5.3.1. Anda bertanggung jawab penuh atas akurasi dan kebenaran setiap Laporan yang Anda ajukan.
5.3.2. Pengajuan Laporan palsu dapat mengakibatkan penangguhan akun segera atau larangan permanen, tanpa pengembalian dana.
5.3.3. Tracive berhak menghapus atau mengubah Laporan mana pun atas kebijakan kami sendiri.
5.3.4. Kami menyediakan sistem banding dan sengketa untuk melindungi individu dan entitas dari Laporan yang bersifat jahat atau curang.
6.1.1. Tracive beroperasi dengan sistem kredit.
6.1.2. Kredit dapat diperoleh melalui:
6.1.3. Kredit tidak dapat dipindahtangankan dan tidak memiliki nilai moneter di luar Platform.
6.1.4. Kredit yang tidak digunakan dapat kedaluwarsa.
6.2.1. Tracive menyediakan tiga tier layanan:
6.2.2. Tidak ada periode uji coba. Pengguna dapat menggunakan tier Free tanpa batas waktu.
6.3.1. Langganan Plus dan Pro tersedia melalui Apple App Store, Google Play Store.
6.3.2. Semua pembelian diproses oleh Toko Aplikasi masing-masing.
6.3.3. Kelola atau batalkan langganan melalui pengaturan Toko Aplikasi.
6.3.4. Kebijakan pengembalian dana tunduk pada Toko Aplikasi masing-masing.
7.1.1. Tracive menyediakan Open API untuk pihak ketiga mengakses data laporan penipuan.
7.1.2. Identitas pelapor tidak akan pernah dibagikan melalui Open API.
7.1.3. Open API merupakan layanan yang dimonetisasi.
7.1.4. Bukti laporan (tangkapan layar, berkas, dan dokumen pendukung yang diunggah) dikecualikan dari Open API dan tidak pernah disediakan kepada pihak ketiga melaluinya atau digunakan untuk monetisasi; bukti hanya diproses untuk verifikasi laporan secara internal.
7.2.1. Dengan mengajukan Laporan, Anda menyetujui data laporan (tanpa identitas pelapor dan tanpa bukti laporan) dibagikan melalui Open API.
7.2.2. Identitas pelapor tidak akan dibagikan kepada pihak ketiga mana pun.
7.2.3. Tracive tidak bertanggung jawab atas penggunaan data oleh pihak ketiga.
Anda dapat menghapus akun kapan saja:

Jika Anda tidak memiliki Laporan dengan status Terverifikasi atau Ambigu, semua data Anda dihapus secara permanen segera saat akun dihapus: profil, catatan perangkat, catatan persetujuan, riwayat pencarian, serta setiap Laporan yang Anda kirim beserta buktinya, termasuk Laporan yang masih ditinjau.
Jika Anda memiliki setidaknya satu Laporan dengan status Terverifikasi atau Ambigu, data berikut disimpan selama 2 tahun setelah akun dihapus, lalu dihapus secara permanen:
Tujuan: Pembelaan hukum, monetisasi Open API, kualitas layanan, dan kepatuhan hukum.
3 tahun tidak aktif akan mengakibatkan semua data dihapus secara permanen tanpa periode retensi 2 tahun.
Akun yang telah dihapus tidak dapat dipulihkan. Pemulihan langganan tersedia melalui Pengaturan → Langganan → Pulihkan Pembelian.
9.1. Aplikasi Tracive dan semua kekayaan intelektual yang terkait dengannya dimiliki oleh PT Pleistocent Teknologi Nusantara.
9.2. Anda diberikan lisensi terbatas, non-eksklusif, tidak dapat dipindahtangankan, dan dapat dicabut untuk penggunaan pribadi.
9.3. Dengan mengirimkan konten, Anda memberikan kami lisensi global, bebas royalti untuk menggunakan, menampilkan, mereproduksi, mendistribusikan, dan membagikan melalui Open API. Identitas Anda sebagai pelapor tidak akan diungkapkan.
10.1. Tidak Ada Jaminan Akurasi — Tracive tidak menjamin akurasi, kelengkapan, atau keandalan informasi yang diajukan oleh pengguna dalam Laporan mereka.
10.2. Bukan Nasihat Hukum — Informasi yang disediakan melalui Tracive bukan merupakan nasihat hukum. Keputusan yang Anda buat berdasarkan informasi dari Platform adalah tanggung jawab Anda sepenuhnya.
10.3. Basis "Apa Adanya" — Layanan disediakan atas dasar "apa adanya" dan "sebagaimana tersedia", tanpa jaminan dalam bentuk apa pun, baik tersurat maupun tersirat.
11.1. Dalam keadaan apa pun PT Pleistocent Teknologi Nusantara tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, insidental, khusus, konsekuensial, atau hukuman yang timbul dari atau terkait dengan penggunaan Layanan oleh Anda.
11.2. Total tanggung jawab kami tidak akan melebihi jumlah yang dibayarkan oleh Anda kepada Tracive dalam 12 bulan sebelum klaim.
Anda setuju untuk mengganti kerugian dan membebaskan PT Pleistocent Teknologi Nusantara, pejabat, direktur, karyawan, dan agennya dari dan terhadap segala klaim, tanggung jawab, kerusakan, kerugian, dan biaya yang timbul dari penggunaan Layanan oleh Anda, pelanggaran Ketentuan ini, atau pelanggaran hak pihak lain.
13.1. Kami berhak mengubah, menangguhkan, atau menghentikan bagian mana pun dari Layanan kapan saja tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.
13.2. Kami dapat memperbarui Ketentuan ini dari waktu ke waktu. Penggunaan berkelanjutan atas Layanan setelah perubahan dipublikasikan merupakan persetujuan Anda terhadap Ketentuan yang direvisi.
13.3. Sistem penerimaan Ketentuan kami mencatat setiap versi Ketentuan ini yang telah Anda setujui.
14.1. Kami dapat menangguhkan atau mengakhiri akun Anda kapan saja, tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya, atas perilaku yang kami tentukan melanggar Ketentuan ini atau merugikan pengguna lain, kami, atau pihak ketiga, atau atas alasan lain apa pun atas kebijakan kami sendiri.
14.2. Setelah pengakhiran, ketentuan berikut tetap berlaku: Bagian 7 (Open API dan Pembagian Data Pihak Ketiga), 8.4 (Retensi Data), 9 (Kekayaan Intelektual), 10 (Penafian), 11 (Batasan Tanggung Jawab), 12 (Ganti Rugi), dan 15 (Hukum yang Berlaku dan Penyelesaian Sengketa).
15.1. Ketentuan ini diatur oleh dan ditafsirkan sesuai dengan hukum Republik Indonesia.
15.2. Anda bertanggung jawab untuk mematuhi semua hukum setempat yang berlaku di yurisdiksi Anda.
15.3. Setiap sengketa yang timbul dari atau sehubungan dengan Ketentuan ini terlebih dahulu akan diselesaikan melalui musyawarah. Jika musyawarah gagal, sengketa akan diajukan ke pengadilan yang berwenang di Indonesia.
16.1. Tracive berkomitmen untuk mematuhi undang-undang perlindungan data dan privasi yang berlaku, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada:
16.2. Dalam hal terjadi konflik antara Ketentuan ini dan hukum lokal yang berlaku, hukum lokal akan berlaku sejauh yang diperlukan.
Jika ada ketentuan dalam Ketentuan ini yang dinyatakan tidak valid, ilegal, atau tidak dapat dilaksanakan, ketentuan lainnya akan tetap berlaku sepenuhnya.
